If you would like to request a Congratulatory Scroll, please send us an email at [email protected] in the following format and with the following information:
- Full Name of the Person requesting the scroll, Phone Number, Email
- Full Name of the Recipient(s)
- Scroll Occasion/Milestone being celebrated and Date Required
- Mailing Address or indicate if the scroll will be picked up at our community office
- Please put "Special Request" in the subject field to ensure it is received correctly
Should we be able to fulfill your request, our office will confirm the above details with you.
